Dear colleagues,

As we approach the end of 2019, I would like to take this opportunity to send my sincere thanks to all of you who enabled the ISDE to support the society’s mission to promote the exchange of scientific and medical knowledge of the esophagus among specialists in the field.

In 2020, we will be hosting the World Congress for Esophageal Diseases in Toronto, Canada from September 21-23. This is a fantastic opportunity for us all to join and share our experiences, knowledge and research.

I really hope to see you there joining us all to further advance the clinical management and research of patients with esophageal diseases and to connect with peers.
