Information for Abstract Presenters and Invited Speakers

INVITATION FOR LITERATURE UPDATES AND ABSTRACTS

We would like to invite each speaker to provide key relevant manuscripts and/or abstracts you have referenced or highlighted in your lectures.

Your related manuscript/abstract will be linked to your presentation given at the 15th World Congress in Singapore which will be available online (in the members only area!) after the congress.

ORAL PRESENTATION & PRESENTATION SLIDES

Oral presenters including invited speakers are asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of 10 slides for this presentation (including title, author and disclosure slides).

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

All speakers must report to the Speaker Ready Room (Citrine 211) at least 90 minutes prior to their scheduled presentation to upload and/or review their presentation. Changes can be made until 90 minutes prior to your presentation. Your cooperation with this matter is important! Otherwise we cannot guarantee that your slides will be displayed properly.

No session room submissions will be accepted.

Computers are available to preview and upload presentations. Presenters should make sure all fonts appear as expected and all sound/video clips are working properly. The final version must be submitted to the Speaker Ready Room, no presentation submissions will be accepted in the Session Rooms.

Kindly note that all screens in the Session Rooms will be 16:9 ratio. We recommend that presentations are prepared in 16:9 format. However, presentations in 4:3 format will be displayed as well.


POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster presenters will be given the opportunity to prepare a Poster Presentation: A0 Size Poster: 841mm (width) x 1189mm (height). Kindly note that your Poster Presentation will now be on display for the designated date as different sets of posters will be displayed each day. Poster printing service will NOT be provided onsite.

Each poster presentation will be on display for the entire day with an author stand-by-time during each day’s morning and afternoon Networking Break. Poster presenters are required to stand by their poster during both times to answer questions from delegates.

POSTER SET-UP

Poster presenters be able to identify their Poster Board at the Garnet Foyer with the Final Presentation Number sent in the final confirmation letter.

  • Monday, September 19, 08:00 - 10:00

Poster take-down for Poster Session 1:

  • Monday, September 19, 17:00 - 18:00

  • Tuesday, September 20, 08:00 - 10:00

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Upon arrival at the MAX Atria @ Singapore EXPO, you may pick up your name badge at the Registration and Foyer Area on Level 2.
